These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for the use of the YuruCalo application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the operator (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"). All users (hereinafter referred to as "Members") are required to agree to these Terms before using the Service.
By using the Service, Members are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
The Service is a health management application that provides the following features:
Members may use the Service as a guest or by creating an account through Apple Sign-In. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.
Members must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. The Operator may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information.
The Service offers both free and paid plans. The paid plan (YuruCalo Plus) provides additional features including enhanced AI functionality.
Members must not engage in the following activities when using the Service:
The Service includes an AI-assisted chat feature for health management support. Members acknowledge and agree to the following:
All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including but not limited to software, design, text, images, and logos, belong to the Operator or its licensors. Members may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without the Operator's prior written consent.
Members retain ownership of the content they input into the Service (including meal records, exercise records, weight records, photos, and chat messages). By using the Service, Members grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for the purposes of providing, maintaining, and improving the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." The Operator makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to:
The Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall the Operator's total liability exceed the amount paid by the Member for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. The Operator shall not be liable to Members for any modification, suspension, or termination of the Service.
Members may delete their account at any time through the app's settings. The Operator may suspend or terminate a Member's account if the Member violates these Terms. Upon account termination, the Member's personal data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The Operator may revise these Terms at any time. The revised Terms shall become effective when posted on this page, unless otherwise specified by the Operator. Continued use of the Service after the Terms have been revised constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
